The Vegan Cleaning Co. Ltd Terms and Conditions

The following Terms of Use is a legal contract between an individual user and The Vegan Cleaning Co. Ltd regarding the use of our website and services, by visiting our website and or using our services, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.


Please read these terms of use carefully. By accessing our site or using our services, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by these terms.

Payment terms

Invoices are sent weekly with 7 days to pay, any invoices still outstanding after this date will be charged £25 for the 1st day overdue, recurring every week until the invoice is settled in full.

We reserve the right to cancel or temporarily cease our services to you without notice until any outstanding balances are paid in full.

Areas We Cover

We currently cover the town of Whitchurch, Shropshire up to an 8 mile radius. 

Cleans outside of this area will incur extra costs.

Minimum Charge

We currently operate a minimum 2 hour charge on all cleans due to travel costs. 

Cancellation Policy 

We arrange our staff rota's up to 2 weeks in advance, 48 hours notice is required to be given to a member of the cleaning staff. 

If your clean is cancelled in less than the 48 hour period the client agrees to pay for 100% of their regular cleaning costs and will be invoiced as normal. 

For regular cleans falling on a Monday, the cancellation period does not include weekends therefore the cut off period will be Friday at 5pm for any cancellations.

In extreme circumstances where the client cannot contact us within 48 hours, The Vegan Cleaning Co. Ltd may alter the cancellation fee. 

Price Increases

We review our prices every February with prices increasing in line with the minimum wage every year.

Breakages and accidents

The Vegan Cleaning Co. Ltd has full employers liability and public liability insurance cover. In the event of any breakage/accident any claim being made must be notified within 24 hours of the cleaning visit.

Receipts for replacement items will be required for our insurance company. 

Our services 

  • Our staff are fully trained, uniformed and are provided with all the relevant equipment to carry out your clean, this includes hoovers, mops and cleaning products, we discourage the use of clients products and equipment.

  • Our regular cleans are set at our top standard of general cleaning and are exclusive of dish washing and general tidying, such tasks may impact our performance during a regular visit to clean your property. 

  • For a more in depth cleaning to include skirting boards, appliances and harder to reach areas we recommend a deep clean. 

  • Interior of white goods and other appliances incur an extra surcharge. 

  • If there are changes to the amount of occupants, amount of rooms or required specifics to be cleaned, extra time will be discussed and you will be charged appropriately.

Health and safety 

Due to height restrictions our staff will work to a maximum level for high level cleaning. 

During deep cleans we try our hardest to move all furniture but sometimes this is not possible due to the weight of the furniture. 

Staff cancellation 

If we have to cancel your clean we will endeavour to rearrange at an appropriate date and time for you, this is subject to availability. 

Any staff member who has tested positive for Covid - 19 and has been in contact with any client will be notified immediately.
