The Vegan Cleaning Co. Ltd Terms and Conditions
We arrange our staff rota's up to 2 weeks in advance, 48 hours notice is required to be given to a member of the cleaning staff.
If your clean is cancelled in less than the 48 hour period the client agrees to pay for 100% of their regular cleaning costs and will be invoiced as normal.
In extreme circumstances where the client cannot contact us within 48 hours, The Vegan Cleaning Co. Ltd may alter the cancellation fee.
Invoices will be sent weekly and have a 7 day due date, any invoices not paid on the due date will become overdue and incur a £25 fee for the first day and £10 fee per day until the invoice is paid in full.
Any invoices reaching 2 months overdue will be referred for court action.
We review our prices every February with prices increasing in line with the minimum wage every year.
Breakages and accidents
The Vegan Cleaning Co. Ltd has full employers liability and public liability insurance cover. In the event of any breakage/accident any claim being made must be notified within 24 hours of the cleaning visit.
Receipts for replacement items will be required for our insurance company.
Our staff are fully trained, uniformed and are provided with all the relevant equipment to carry out your clean.
This includes hoovers, mops and cleaning products, we discourage the use of clients products and equipment.
Health and safety
Due to height restrictions our staff will work to a maximum level for high level cleaning.
During deep cleans we try our hardest to move all furniture but sometimes this is not possible due to the weight of the furniture.
If we have to cancel your clean we will endeavour to rearrange at an appropriate date and time for you, this is subject to availability.
If we cancel less than 24 hours before your clean is due to commence, we will offer 10% off your next clean.
Any staff member who has tested positive for Covid - 19 and has been in contact with any client will be notified immediately.
