What is vegan cleaning?

We don't believe that animals have to be tested on or used as an ingredient in cleaning products, all of our products we use are vegan society certified and contain no artificial fragrances or harmful chemicals, making us an excellent choice in a home with pets and children. 

We service many rural homes which rely on septic tanks for waste, our products are safe for use with septic tanks and do not disrupt the aerobic bacteria used to break down organic waste. 

We do not use aerosol air fresheners or any other products containing harmful hormone disruptors and VOC's. 

Do I need to sign a contract for a minimum term?

Once your clean is booked whether that be on a monthly, bi weekly or weekly basis, we will continue to arrive on the agreed day and time of your clean until you cancel, no contracts! 

We simply ask for 2 weeks notice if you are wishing to cancel your regular cleans. 

We do operate a 48 hour cancellation policy which includes not being able to enter the property and other circumstances which disrupt our ability to carry out our agreed tasks. 

The full cost of the clean will be charged if you cancel your clean within the 48 hour period. 

By using our services you agree to our terms of use, which will be emailed to you prior to your first clean and can also be viewed on the website.

Will I have the same cleaner?

We do try our best to accommodate you with the same cleaner during each visit however due to holidays and working as a small team this is not always possible. 

What payment methods can I use?

After each clean you will receive an invoice from our automated software, simply click the link to pay the requested amount, we do have automated reminders which will be sent if your bill is overdue and late payment charges may be incurred. 

We do make arrangements for those who are unable to use online banking or the internet to pay for our services. 

Cleaning Spray

Will my cleaning time be the same each visit?

Due to our staff travelling from different areas our arrival time can vary, we do recommend a cleaning 'slot' which can be booked for the morning (between 9am and 12 noon) and the afternoon (12 noon and 3pm)  If you have booked us for either a morning or afternoon slot, you can expect us between these times. 

We can make arrangements for commercial premises and clients who require a set time, this is at the companies discretion.

Do I need to be at my property during your visit?

We don't require anyone to be present during our visits, specific entry information should be given prior to your first clean, to include details of key safe codes, gate codes and alarm codes. 

We do have an on site key safe which is secured at our HQ which can be used to store keys if you entrust us with a spare key. 

We clean a wide variety of homes and take into consideration those with additional needs, remote working, pets and children.
